Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team at LifeBridge Health. As an LPN in our acute care unit at Levindale Hospital, you will play a crucial role in providing high-quality medical and emotional care to our residents and patients.
Job Summary
Working under the supervision of the Registered Nurse/Director of Nursing, you will utilize your nursing expertise to develop and implement individualized care plans for residents. You will also be responsible for daily unit operations and may assume leadership responsibilities when necessary.
Requirements
- Associate's degree or equivalent education
- Licensed Practical Nursing license and AHA BLS CPR Certification
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with medical equipment
