Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate LPN-ACUTE to join our team at LifeBridge Health. As an essential part of the nursing staff, you will work under the supervision of the Registered Nurse/Director of Nursing to provide personalized care to our residents at Levindale Hospital's Brain Health Unit in Baltimore, MD.
Responsibilities
- Utilize nursing principles and assessment skills to develop and implement individualized care plans.
- Oversee daily unit operations and assume leadership responsibilities when required.
- Deliver high-quality medical and emotional care to patients during their post-acute recovery.
Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing with a License for Practical Nursing and AHA BLS CPR Certification.
- Demonstrated knowledge of specialized fields and basic computer skills.
- Familiarity with medical equipment such as IV pumps, EKG machines, and specialty beds.
