Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team at Levindale Hospital, part of LifeBridge Health in Baltimore, MD. As an LPN-ACUTE, you will work under the supervision of the Registered Nurse/Director of Nursing to provide individualized care plans, ensuring the well-being of our residents. This is a full-time position with a weekend commitment on the night shift.
Responsibilities
- Utilize nursing principles and assessment skills to develop and implement personalized care plans.
- Oversee daily operations of the unit and assume leadership responsibilities as necessary.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to meet the needs of residents.
Requirements
- Associate's degree and graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
- Valid License for Practical Nursing and AHA BLS CPR Certification.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with medical equipment.
