Job Summary
Reporting to the Clinical Leader/DON, the Household LPN will develop and implement individualized care plans, oversee nursing personnel, and manage daily unit operations. This position requires strong nursing principles knowledge, basic physical assessment skills, and a collaborative approach to care delivery.
Requirements
- Associate's degree in nursing or equivalent.
- LPN license and CPR certification.
- Less than 1 year of experience.
