Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team at LifeBridge Health. This full-time position is based in Baltimore, MD, at Levindale Hospital, Household #1. As an LPN in our skilled long-term care facility, you will play a crucial role in providing individualized nursing care to residents, ensuring their needs are met, and contributing to the overall well-being of our patients.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement individualized nursing care plans.
- Assist in the supervision and orientation of nursing personnel.
- Attend to daily operations on a per-shift, household level.
- Assume responsibilities of a leadership role within the unit.
Requirements
- Associate's degree in Nursing.
- Less than 1 year of experience.
- American Heart Association CPR Certification.
- Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license.
