Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse to join our long-term care team at Levindale Hospital in Baltimore, MD. As an LPN in our skilled care facility, you will play a crucial role in providing individualized nursing care to meet the needs of our residents on a household level.
Responsibilities
- Work under the supervision of the Clinical Leader/Director of Nursing to develop and implement personalized care plans.
- Assist with orienting and supervising nursing personnel.
- Take on leadership responsibilities for daily unit operations.
Requirements
- Associate's degree in Nursing or equivalent.
- Active LPN license and American Heart Association CPR certification.
- Less than 1 year of experience required.
- Ability to provide compassionate care and attention to individual resident needs.
