Job Description
We are currently hiring for the position of LPN: Licensed Practical Nurse in our Skilled Long Term Care unit at LifeBridge Health in Baltimore, MD. This is a full-time role with a weekend commitment on day shift from 7:00am-7:30pm. As a Staff Nurse with us, you will play a crucial role in providing care and support to our patients in the Household units.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement individualized nursing care plans.
- Assist in orienting and supervising nursing personnel.
- Attend to the daily operations of the unit on a per-shift, household level.
- Assume responsibilities of a leadership role under the guidance of the Clinical Leader/Director of Nursing (DON).
Requirements
- Associate's degree in Nursing or equivalent.
- Less than 1 year of experience.
- American Heart Association CPR Certification and LPN license.
