Job Description
We are seeking a full-time Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team at LifeBridge Health's Levindale Hospital in Baltimore, MD. As an LPN in the Skilled Long Term Care unit, you will play a crucial role in providing individualized nursing care plans, supervising nursing personnel, and ensuring the well-being of our residents.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement individualized nursing care plans.
- Supervise nursing personnel and assist in their orientation.
- Attend to daily operations on a per-shift, household level.
- Assume leadership responsibilities under the guidance of the Clinical Leader/DON.
Requirements
- Equivalent to an Associate's degree in nursing.
- American Heart Association CPR Certification.
- License Practical Nurse (LPN) license.
- Less than 1 year of nursing experience.
