Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our skilled long-term care team at LifeBridge Health in Baltimore, MD. As an LPN in our Household unit, you will play a vital role in providing individualized nursing care plans to meet the needs of our residents, ensuring a high standard of care and support.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement individualized nursing care plans under the supervision of the Clinical Leader/DON.
- Assist in the orientation and supervision of nursing personnel.
- Attend to the daily operations of the unit on a per-shift, household level.
- Assume responsibilities of a leadership role within the unit.
Requirements
- Associate's degree in nursing or equivalent.
- Current License Practical Nurse (LPN) certification.
- American Heart Association CPR Certification.
- Less than 1 year of experience required.
