Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse to join our team at LifeBridge Health. As an LPN in our Skilled Long Term Care facility in Baltimore, MD, you will play a vital role in providing individualized nursing care plans to ensure residents' needs are met. Responsibilities
- Develop and implement individualized nursing care plans.
- Assist in orienting and supervising nursing personnel.
- Attend to daily unit operations and assume a leadership role.
Requirements
- Associate's degree and LPN certification.
- American Heart Association CPR Certification.
- Less than 1 year of experience is required.
