Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our Skilled Long Term Care team at LifeBridge Health. As an LPN, you will play a crucial role in providing individualized nursing care to our residents, ensuring their needs are met while upholding the highest standards of care.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement individualized nursing care plans under the supervision of the Clinical Leader/Director of Nursing.
- Assist in orienting and supervising nursing personnel.
- Attend to the daily operations of the unit on a per shift, household level.
- Assume leadership responsibilities within the unit.
Requirements
- Associate's degree in Nursing or equivalent.
- Less than 1 year of experience.
- American Heart Association CPR Certification and LPN license.
- Basic physical assessment skills and understanding of nursing principles.
