Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our Skilled Long Term Care team at LifeBridge Health in Baltimore, MD. This full-time position requires day shifts with a weekend commitment. As an LPN in our Household unit, you will play a vital role in providing individualized nursing care to residents, assisting in staff orientation and supervision, and ensuring the smooth daily operations of the unit.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement individualized nursing care plans.
- Assist in staff orientation and supervision.
- Ensure residents' needs are met on a per shift, household level.
- Assume leadership responsibilities within the unit.
Requirements
- Associate's degree in Nursing or equivalent.
- Less than 1 year of experience as an LPN.
- American Heart Association CPR Certification.
- Active LPN license.
