LPN-LTC: Subacute Rehabilitation Unit
We are looking for a dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our Subacute Rehabilitation Unit at Levindale Hospital in Baltimore, MD. This is a full-time position with a weekend commitment on the night shift (7:00pm-7:30am). As a vital part of our nursing team, you will provide exceptional care to residents with high complexity needs in a compassionate and supportive environment.
Unit Summary
Hall 1 is a 40-45 bed long-term care unit specializing in subacute rehabilitation. Our staff members are passionate about helping others and ensuring the well-being of our residents through daily activities and comprehensive support services.
Job Summary
Reporting to the Registered Nurse/Director of Nursing, the LPN will play a key role in developing and implementing individualized nursing care plans. With a focus on basic physical assessments and nursing principles, you will contribute to meeting the residents' healthcare needs and provide leadership support as necessary.
Requirements
- Associate's degree in nursing or equivalent.
- Practical Nursing License and AHA CPR Certification.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with medical equipment.
