Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse for our Subacute Rehabilitation Unit at Levindale Hospital in Baltimore, MD. As an LPN, you will work under the supervision of the Registered Nurse/Director of Nursing to provide individualized care plans, ensure resident needs are met, and contribute to the daily operations of the unit. This role requires a diploma from an accredited school of nursing, a Practical Nursing license, and basic computer skills. Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement individualized nursing care plans.
- Ensure resident needs are met on a daily basis.
- Contribute to the daily operations of the Subacute Rehabilitation Unit.
- Assume leadership responsibilities as necessary.
Requirements
- Associate's degree in nursing or equivalent.
- Licensed Practical Nurse certification and AHA CPR Certification.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with nursing equipment.
