Job Description
We are looking for a full-time Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our Subacute Rehabilitation Unit at Levindale Hospital in Baltimore, MD. As an LPN in our team, you will work the night shift from 7:00pm to 7:30am, with a weekend commitment. You will be responsible for developing and implementing individualized nursing care plans, ensuring the residents' needs are met and providing compassionate care to those in need.
Responsibilities
- Utilize nursing principles and basic assessment skills to care for residents.
- Participate in the daily operations of the unit and take on leadership responsibilities as required.
- Collaborate with the Registered Nurse/Director of Nursing to deliver high-quality care.
Requirements
- Associate's degree in nursing or equivalent.
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing with a Practical Nursing license.
- Less than one year of experience required.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with medical equipment.
