Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our Subacute Rehabilitation Unit at Levindale Hospital, located in Baltimore, MD. This full-time position includes a night shift commitment from 7:00pm to 7:30am, with responsibilities as a Staff Nurse. As an LPN in our team, you will work under the supervision of the Registered Nurse/Director of Nursing, providing individualized care plans to meet the residents' needs and ensuring the smooth daily operations of the unit.
Unit Summary
Hall 1 is a 40-45 bed long-term care unit specializing in subacute rehabilitation for residents with high complexity needs. As a member of Hall 1, you will be part of a compassionate and dedicated team committed to supporting those in need.
Requirements
- Associate's degree in nursing or equivalent.
- License for Practical Nursing and AHA CPR Certification.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with medical equipment.
