Job Title: LPN-LTC: Subacute Rehabilitation Unit
We are currently seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team at Hall 1, a subacute rehabilitation unit at Levindale Hospital in Baltimore, MD. As an LPN in our facility, you will work full-time with a weekend commitment during night shifts from 7:00pm to 7:30am.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement individualized nursing care plans under the supervision of the Registered Nurse/Director of Nursing.
- Attend to the daily operations of the unit and assume leadership responsibilities when needed.
- Utilize basic physical assessment skills to meet the residents' needs.
Requirements
- Associate's degree in nursing or equivalent.
- Less than one year of experience.
- Licensed Practical Nursing license and AHA CPR Certification.
- Proficiency in basic computer skills and medical equipment operation.
