Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team at Hall 1 in the subacute rehabilitation unit at Levindale Hospital, located in Baltimore, MD. As an LPN in our facility, you will work closely with the Registered Nurse/Director of Nursing to provide individualized nursing care plans for residents, ensuring their needs are met. You will also be responsible for the daily operations of the unit and may assume a leadership role as necessary. Key responsibilities include basic physical assessments, collaboration with the healthcare team, and utilizing specialized equipment.
Responsibilities

- Utilize specialized equipment such as IV pumps and monitoring systems.
Requirements
- Associate's degree or equivalent.
- Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license and AHA CPR Certification.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with medical equipment.
- Compassionate and motivated attitude.
- Less than one year of experience required.
