Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our Subacute Rehabilitation Unit at Levindale Hospital, Baltimore, MD. As an LPN in our team, you will work night shifts with a weekend commitment to provide compassionate care to residents with high complexity needs. You will collaborate with the nursing staff to develop and implement individualized care plans, ensuring the well-being of our residents.
Responsibilities
- Utilize nursing principles and basic assessment skills to deliver personalized care.
- Participate in daily unit operations and provide leadership as required.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to meet residents' needs effectively.
Requirements
- Associate's degree in nursing; LPN license and AHA CPR Certification.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with medical equipment.
