Job Summary: Join our team at Levindale Hospital, specifically at Hall 1, a 40-45 bed subacute rehabilitation unit. As an LPN in this unit, you will work under the supervision of the Registered Nurse/Director of Nursing to provide individualized care plans for residents. This role requires compassion, motivation, and dedication to caring for residents with high complexity needs.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement individualized nursing care plans.
- Attend to daily unit operations.
- Assume leadership responsibilities as needed.
Requirements
- Associate's degree in nursing.
- Less than one year of nursing experience.
- License for Practical Nursing and AHA CPR Certification.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with medical equipment.
