Unit Summary
Hall 1 is a 40-45 bed long-term care unit that provides subacute rehabilitation services to residents with high complexity needs. We are seeking compassionate, motivated staff members to join our team dedicated to helping those in need.
Job Summary
As a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN), you will work under the supervision of the Registered Nurse/Director of Nursing to provide individualized care plans to meet the residents' needs. This role also involves daily unit operations and occasional leadership responsibilities.
Requirements
- Associate's degree in nursing
- Less than one year of experience
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing
- Valid LPN license and AHA CPR certification
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with medical equipment
