Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our Subacute Rehabilitation Unit at Levindale Hospital, part of LifeBridge Health. As an LPN in our team, you will work night shifts with a weekend commitment, providing essential nursing care to residents in Hall 1, a 40-45 bed long-term care unit specializing in subacute rehabilitation.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement individualized nursing care plans under the supervision of the Registered Nurse/Director of Nursing.
- Assume a leadership role when necessary, ensuring the needs of residents are met effectively.
- Utilize basic physical assessment skills to deliver high-quality care to residents.
Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing with a License for Practical Nursing and AHA CPR Certification.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with nursing equipment.
- Demonstrated compassion, motivation, and dedication to providing care.
- Less than one year of experience required, as we offer development opportunities through our Nursing Career Ladder.
