Summary:
Join our team at Levindale Hospital in Hall 1, a 40-45 bed subacute rehabilitation unit. As an LPN in this dynamic environment, you'll have the opportunity to provide compassionate care and support to residents with high complexity needs.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement individualized nursing care plans under the supervision of the Registered Nurse/Director of Nursing.
- Attend to daily operations of the unit and assume leadership responsibilities as needed.
Requirements:
- Associate's degree in nursing; diploma from an accredited school of nursing.
- Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) with AHA CPR Certification.
- Basic computer skills and knowledge of medical equipment.
