Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our Subacute Rehabilitation Unit at Levindale Hospital in Baltimore, MD. As an LPN, you will work full-time with weekend commitments on the night shift, ensuring the well-being of our residents on Hall 1.
Unit Summary
Hall 1 is a 40-45 bed long-term care unit specializing in subacute rehabilitation with complex needs. A compassionate and dedicated staff is crucial in providing daily activities and support to the residents.
Job Summary
Reporting to the Registered Nurse/Director of Nursing, you will develop and implement individualized nursing care plans for residents. Your responsibilities include contributing to unit operations and taking on leadership duties as necessary.
Requirements
- Associate's degree in nursing or equivalent.
- License for Practical Nursing and AHA CPR Certification.
- Basic computer skills and knowledge of medical equipment.
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
