Unit Summary:
Hall 1 is a 40-45 bed long-term care unit specializing in subacute rehabilitation with high complexity of needs. Staff are expected to be compassionate, motivated, and dedicated to providing exceptional care.
Job Summary:
The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) works under the supervision of the Registered Nurse/Director of Nursing. Responsibilities include development and implementation of individualized nursing care plans to meet residents' needs, as well as unit operations and leadership support.
Requirements:
- Associate's degree in nursing
- Less than one year of experience
- LPN license and AHA CPR certification
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with medical equipment
