Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our Subacute Rehabilitation Unit team at Levindale Hospital within LifeBridge Health. As an LPN in Hall 1, you will work full-time with a weekend commitment during the night shift from 7:00pm-7:30am. Your role as a Staff Nurse will involve utilizing your nursing skills and providing compassionate care to residents with a variety of complex needs.
Unit Summary
Hall 1 is a long-term care unit with 40-45 beds that specializes in subacute rehabilitation services. Our team members are vital in providing daily activities, support, and services to the residents. We are seeking compassionate and motivated individuals who are dedicated to making a difference in the lives of others.
Job Summary
Reporting to the Registered Nurse/Director of Nursing, you will play a crucial role in developing and implementing individualized nursing care plans to meet the residents' needs. You will also be responsible for the daily operations of the unit, assuming leadership duties as required.
Requirements
- Associate's degree in nursing or equivalent.
- Less than one year of experience.
- Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license and AHA CPR Certification.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with medical equipment.
